try using a DVD +-R now RW and use ImgBurn to burn the disc ... ImgBurn seems to be better for Wii ISO's- The_Flames

Hardware Vista burning program
I use +r disc's for my wii, after I swaped out my cheep new drive for my old expensive slow NEC drive the disc's were good. never under estimate the quality of the drive your using- The_Flames
