    Ok confirmed Soul Shards dropping now , i put season 25 and enabled mechanic and made a season character, the confusion was that, for other mechanics like 4th kanai cube i didnt need to make a season character for it to instant apply, but for soul shards seems you do need a seasonal character...

    Really appreciate your reply. I have no idea if im doing something wrong within game, but i killed butcher and diablo like 10 times each on adventure mode, did bounties cache, with no soul shards dropping. and did some rifts and no shards. Do they drop somewhere else? I feel i might be doing...
