Definitely possible. I found the save file you are trying to import and did it without overwriting my Jak 1 and 3 saves. I suggest you make a backup of your PCSA00080 folder first in case anything goes wrong tho.

If you have the full cheat db, rename PCSD00001.psv to PCSA00029.psv
If there is already a PCSA00029 file delete or rename it.
Disable the cheats if you can’t pass a certain part.
