    I managed to get it working, it required a lot of manually merging .arc files with Amicitia. There were some mod files where I couldn't find the corresponding .arc file in data.cpk or data_e.cpk. Theres probably some scenes without the fog, but I haven't played enough to tell.

    ive been trying to replace the opening video to no success with this method, ive been repacking the data_movie.cpk file with the single op movie changed. When I load the game the movie is skipped entirely. When I try the same file replacement with the steam version of the game it works fine...
