I have looked at the post, but i think its not the same as my problem, since i'm not using emuNAND. It was setup on sysNAND when i bought the switch and I didnt feel like changing it. I have 2 sd cards for different games. I was playing something on one of them, but then wanteed to play something on the other. When i switched the sd cards all games stopped working on both cards.
