Picofly RP2040 Zero Mosfet install...help!
you got a chip with no firmware on it you need to plug it in via usb and use something like putty to flash the firmware to it. Totally did the same thing, led lights only turn on if there is firmware to tell them what color to be.- rainonme110

I did for sure. i almost think my thermal paste was dry(i didnt replace it cuz the console was brand new) and the screws were shorting out through the board. this is going to sound crazy guys.... like really crazy, same thing here and i'm an installer of them....take the back off your switch, take the metal guard off and the sd card/game card reader off and loosen the screws around your heat sink. I can not figure out for the life of me why the hell...- rainonme110
