Maybe this both maps may help to find the issue.

    11.00 or 12.00?

Maybe I got it wrong, but you should be able to get the bd permanent* unpatch with y2jb - p2jb - bdj_unpatch.elf chain. (*an update will remove the unpatch)

Why don't make the bd unpatch youself?

Ps5 migrating APU from edm 030 to edm 010 board.

The switchable 1 Ohm resistor should be only present at a edm-03x board. Position A for 69GG is connecting the 3.3V_SS_PG1 to southbridge pad 4C. Position B for 61GG is grounding this line. At other board versions, I don't know if a 69GG will works propper without 3.3V at pad 4C. Additional in...

And do you have an answer to the question? :) If I restore the Y2JB backup on my PS5 slim with manually paired drive, does the restore process unpair the disc drive?

    The cap should be a 10µF X5R 0402' 20% 6.3V.

Anyone can identify ps5 slim components near ram?

    The both missing caps near the SSD NAND chip are: 1x 0.1µF X5R 0201 10% 6.3V (C4282) 1x 0.01µF X5R 0201 10% 16V (C4310)

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

The last BIOS I posted is from a edm-04x with J20H100 WiFi chip. So the BIOS should match your board.

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

Which firmware version was the update you performed? What is your diode mode and resistance readings on pin 13 (CEC) at the HDMI port? The powerlines for USB, HDMI are switched on by southbridge and the controll and data lines from the WiFi module are also connected to the southbridge.

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

Attached is your dump. I corrected the position and the CFI number and the other WiFi related MACs. But I don't think it will change something. I would try the second dump without modifying it and see if the behavior of the WiFi is different. The black screen after logo could be realted to the...

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

It is possible that the NOR data isn't matching the WiFi module. I had some cases where after changing the NOR data the WiFi wasn't showing the WiFi MAC and therefore wasn't detecting any APs. For solving this issue, I would use another BIOS dump. Unstable, flickering output my best guess...

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

This are images for another board but should help. The 1.3V at your HDMI pin 13 are too low. The question is, does the cap or one of the both diods are pulling the line down or is the HDMI chip itself bad. is

    PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

What is the story of the console? It is unlikely that there are multiple different issues, unless liquid damaged/cockroach infested/training board for soldering. PS5 Slim EDM-040 error 80D004FD

The board number only represent the mainboard version. What is soldered to the mainboard depends, I guess, on the chips which are available at the time of production. There are some more alternative ciruits for other subsystems which could be equipped different. I had some edm-04x mainboards...

On your board are two active WiFi rails: 3.3V and 1.8V as shown in your both attached images. --> This is for a J20H100/AW-MX501. Please change the soldered WiFi module to a matching one.
