    Are some ds/3ds games not available to download on modded 3ds?

    I am trying to download avalon code and some other rpg games but I can’t find a cia file or know other ways to do it on a modded 3ds. Are some games not available to do this?

    I bought a 3DS LL a while back that came hacked already, would it be possible to add more games to it or do I have to remod it again?

    Thank you! I was able to find out what firmware it had. I have to update it from here, but will it erase any of the data I already have on it?

    I bought a 3DS a while back and it came modded, but I think the seller deleted the fbi file or whichever he used to mod it and just left the games. This is a 3DS LL too and it’s region unlocked and in english, I can even still access the eshop but I don’t know if it’s possible to add more games...
