The .ini is the reshade configuration that I usually use, to activate it, first install reshade in the emulator and then select the configuration. Better look for a tutorial or guide- JamOn

Do you mean the extracted textures? Those are usually water textures (they are usually seen in black) and interface or characters (they are transparent or as in white) I usually delete those, I only change the ones that I identify as part of the scenery- JamOn
