    I think that eventually it does not matter as Hekate will pick it up from the sd card if the one in the sd card is newer.     You have to create a save from the game in question first. Open the games you wish to restore, let them run the first autosave and then run JKSV. You will then see them in JKSV and restore/overwrite them.
