    Homebrew Twilight Menu ++ cheat menu not appearing

    hi, i recently modded my 3ds to use twilight menu++ and i downloaded the cheat package here, but even though the games listed show the games i have downloaded i keep getting 'no cheats' when i check, i even downloaded this from the universal updater thinking i might be installing it in the wrong...
