    Smash Ultimate DLC not working on online banned switch

    ok, so i downloaded the update data for the smash ultimate DLC, that being the extra characters, and then moved it to my switch. it worked, but when I try to open it I get a message saying "Dowloadable content can not be used". is there a way to fix this? my switch is online banned so i assume...

    My switch is banned, is there any way to update games?

    I just bought this switch, and it's online banned. Is there any way I can get updates to games? I bought it mainly to mod smash and play some cool stuff, but it says I have to download an update to be able to run the game, but I can't because of the online ban. Any ideas?
