Debug Build 28 won't pull images/box art/etc. on Windows 11. Tried to do some debugging with procmon to see where it is actually failing as well as enabling/disabling various TLS/SSL versions and couldn't find a working combo, I also couldn't actually find the failure in procmon or event...
