    Converting DLC?

I haven't come across anything regarding the npbind.dat. With the AIO tools, however, it seems to edit the param.sfo correctly (from what I can tell). Everything seems correct. Guess I was just looking for clarification before installing & testing,

    Converting DLC?

I understand you can use certain tools to convert DLC to different regions, but I'm sure there has to be more to it and it can't be that simple? For example, if one game has 5 separate region CUSA ID's, am I able to take all DLC from one of them and convert it to the other 4 one at a time...

    Original keystone and languages?

Can you load the pkg in that specific area to see the fingerprint? I recall having used orbis-pub-gen before to dump some content (if I remember right), and I can't remember seeing an option for that. I don't mind using a hex editor though. Just more curious than anything I guess

Whats that tool called in the screenshot?

    Original keystone and languages?

Let me see if I'm understanding this correctly. If the keystone is original, fingerprint will look exactly like this in a hex editor: 6B657973746F6E650200010000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000 Is that right? Apologies for the late reply btw

    Original keystone and languages?

Curious if/how you can check and determine if a dump contains the original keystone? Also curious if there are any methods or tools that can determine which languages are included in a game (if it happens to no longer be listed on the PlayStation store)?

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

Ahhh, okay. So, perhaps, Orbis Patches isn't entirely accurate to some extent?

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

Now that's the part that confuses me. That's what I *was* looking at to determine whether or not an update was merged. But there's some games that display a master version number higher than v1.00. Then Orbis Patches claims there's no update for the game or Orbis Patches claims that the latest...

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

Interesting! Is there a preferred tool or program for this?

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

Honestly surprised there's not a method or tool, etc to determine if an update is 100% merged. I'm assuming simply installing the dump wouldn't help 100% of the time either. I've seen base games with an update merged (I think) that show nothing on update history or the info screen. But at the...

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

This is the reason for the post tbh. I'd like to extract the update, if possible. Or is there a method to 100% check if an update is indeed merged with the base?

Is there a tool to separate a merged pkg?

If a dump contains the base/update merged into one file, is there a tool that can separate that back to the original two files (base and update)?

PS4 PKG Tool/PS4 Package Viewer & Orbis Patches display conflicting information on game updates?

This one has always confused me. I'll try to explain as best I can. This question is only pertaining to games with no physical game update pkg dumped yet, but have an update built/merged within the base game. When loading a base game into one of these PKG tools, it displays a version number...

GTA IV - Is there a way to utilize more CPU?

Very new to the world of PC gaming. I've heard this game is more CPU dependant than anything else. I've also heard how poorly optimized the game is. Not using anything fancy. AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight Core 16CPUs 3.7GHz Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super. 16GB RAM DirectX 12 I'm assuming these...

Does updating firmware require you to use a different exploit?

Thanks for the quick responses. Much appreciated! Last question, if I may. We can still update games via the eshop, right? Not sure if that's changed in the past year or so.

Does updating firmware require you to use a different exploit?

Okay, thanks. That's what I was curious about. Wasn't sure if that's all that needed to be done after updating firmware. Is this something universal updater takes care of too? Was looking to try that out. Is anything else required to update, aside from Luma?

Does updating firmware require you to use a different exploit?

Sorry if this is a silly question. Currently on firmware 11.13.0 and originally used the soundhax exploit. Can I go ahead and update firmware then simply update Luma and anything else required afterwards? Also came across something called universal updater, I'm assuming this is probably useful...
