This only seems to work if the character is the same gender. I tried copying over your "FashionPlayer" codes for the outfit top & bottoms but it turned invisible on my female character. FashionPlayer is only what the character is currently wearing. It won't unlock it iirc. Having the "FashionUnlock" all set to 02 would be the only "permanent" method. Though I haven't come across a file yet with all items unlocked aside from head gear.- Levifer

I believe someone mentioned that currently PKHEX "FashionUnlock" block only works on head pieces. Can you tell me if you're wearing the outfit in your save? If so I can try entering the codes via "FashionPlayer" block manually.- Levifer

Oh I see, I believed the fox mask and outfit were at least "freely" obtainable via Mystery Code but those playing emulators like myself can't enter any mystery codes as of yet. I guess I'll have to wait and see if anyone does end up posting either "FashionPlayer" cosmetic codes or other methods...- Levifer

I tried using your Fashion file and it is true it unlocked new hats for me (like the ninja mask) which I didn't unlock yet in the story but I didn't get any of the exclusive head stuff like the fox mask from the mystery gifts, so it doesn't seem to include all.- Levifer
