cant format a usb to wbfs

im trying to format a new usb drive to wbfs from fat32, and wbfs manager 4.0 gives me "an error occurred while attempting to format drive". i loaded it up in disk management and theres an unallocated 10mb partition that i think is causing the error here, is there a way i can make that partition...

Homebrew Misc Attempting to recover a bricked usb

i think the problem may be that its formatted in wbfs and after windows failed to reformat it it decided to ignore its existence, ill try loading it in usb loader to try and confirm that

Homebrew Misc Attempting to recover a bricked usb

its not detected at all, and after awhile after its plugged in my pc gives me a message saying something along the lines of: your drive cant be read by the computer, it may be corrupted, and do you mean what its formatted to or the partitioning format

Homebrew Misc Attempting to recover a bricked usb

im pretty sure the usb loader automatically reformats a drive when you open one that isnt wbfs, and that happened to me, and when i tried to reformat it on my pc it failed and now its not recognized by a pc, ill try your suggestion though.
