    Or maybe you could go back to see if its there again. Take auto save off as well.

    Reset your game that's all I can tell you. Unless you wait for a cheat that let's you put any pokemon from the game you want.

    You have to throw like mud balls and things at it to get rid of their tornadoes protecting them. Make sure to use smoke balls to not let it get away from you a lot.

    Okay nvm so I found bonsly and Cleffa. Rotom I found on the hill South of Sacred Plaza or Celestia Ruins while it's raining.

    Okay yeah guys literally just found him and was about to say where he was but yeah where the Alpha Gyarados is to the right of Tranquility Cove.
