Sigpatches not working on my switch, not sure if im doing something wrong since I hacked my switch recently

Worried that I might get banned for turning on my switch in the process of installing cf
I accidentally turned on my switch using the power button while in hekate instead of powering it off through hekate, is it possible that I might get banned due to this or am I fine?- sasdwasd

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
