    So, once you install it the pack is unpacked or unlocked, then fpt the files to PC, it will be a extracted folder or an unlocked .pkg? Is that the only way to do it? A PS4 involved?

    Sorry, I don't understand. The official pkg with that other fpkg inside must be installed with Hen (maybe?) and then dumped back from PS4 to PC converted as a solely FPKG to be able to extract the files in PC?
