    Yes, it is basically an internal ID used to separate instances of the same object. Just use the right click option to assign an unused Serial and you are good to go. If you use the Easy-Add option, it will do all of this automatically. It's the only way I ever added items and had no problems.

    Have you duplicated your entry? I did a quick test just now and can't reproduce your issue. 2 ideas for the reason: - Have you checked the "Equipped" Flag?
