Hacking Official Xbox One Retroarch Thread
I have looked a bunch but can't find an answer to this, after you have downloaded and installed RetroArch on the Xbox One does it have to be in Dev mode to use it? Can you just switch it to retail mode again and use RetroArch as well as your games and apps like normal?- JohnDeere16436

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1

Like not emulating the entire SNES but just a loader and the enhancement chips perhaps even slightly overclocked like FX-2
