Hacking [Release] HEX-Flow Launcher - A 3d coverflow like launcher (VitaHEX Games)

If you are using PKGJ to download PS1 titles you need to rename the game's folder first (located at ux0: pspemu/PSP/GAME/YOUR_PS1_GAME) with it's proper GameID. Then you create the bubble with Adrenaline Bubbles Manager like I mentioned before.

Hacking [Release] HEX-Flow Launcher - A 3d coverflow like launcher (VitaHEX Games)

GePatch should work fine. No you don't have to delete any folder. Both folders must be there. Here is the exact order on how to create proper PS1/PSP bubbles with Adrenaline Bubbles Manager: Lets say that you have a PS1 game at "ux0: pspemu/PSP/GAME/YOUR_PS1_GAME". That folder must be renamed...

Hacking [Release] HEX-Flow Launcher - A 3d coverflow like launcher (VitaHEX Games)

Only tested with PSX2PSP bubbles created with Adrenaline Bubbles Manager. The app checks in two locations for a single PS1 game. For example: for the PS1 game "SLES01234" it looks in: "ux0: pspemu/PSP/GAME/SLES01234" and "ux0:app/SLES01234". If both folders exist at the same time it marks it as...

Yeah vitagamesdb is great but it has nothing more than what I already have in HexFlow Launcher. Covers are downloaded from my github and title id's are already in the details menu. Renascene has more info like game description, screenshots etc.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
