    Just because you can doesn't mean you should... might have issues down the road and get a corrupted save or something. I used a 256gb card that came straight outta a cfw vita, so I think it can work with more than it advertises. Just not reccomended, so if it screws up, that's on you.

    I dont know, I did 32k clusters. Idk if it runs slower or faster, I remember 32 being reccomended so I did that. The only time I had an issue with cluster size was when I was formatting a modded 3DS. Flash carts seem fine.

    I've used a 256 and 128gb micro SD in my Junior and Omega, both worked fine as long as its formatted to FAT32. I switched to a 32gb when I got one, but they worked in the meantime. Amazon's got some good micro sd deals right now.

    Anyone know of a way to trade pokemon without a second GBC and cart? Can you meddle with the save filea or something? I have a GBA, but the Omega plays goomba in Advance mode, so I dont think that'll work :/ Can make a new post but I'm using a Junior, so maybe someone knows?

    Thats bizarre, I have 4 folders and they work fine. Maybe see if A-J causes you trouble. Might be a limit of Folders or something?

    From that long treatise about savestates, it sounds like its something that would have to be implemented in a new unit. I'm assuming the Everdrive has extra chips and such to accomplish this tricky feat. Still, very greatful for what this card can do, and how well it seems to do it! Only issue...

    Well, a dude can dream! If someone finds a way to make their own firmware and unlock the capability, it could possibly make its way into the final product. Idk how the Everdrive does it, but theres gotta be something justifying the $100 extra fee for it.

    I would much rather have Save States than support for that oddly named knockoff, but I totally get why you'd want it. Strange it doesn't work, tbh. Really happy with this thing once I got the battery figured out!

    OK! FIGURED IT OUT! Per the suggestion of another person in the megathread, I got a replacement battery. Idk how the one it shipped with wasnt working, but this one seems to work! If your Jr keeps resetting to 2000, get a fresh CR1220 battery.

    So, I took mine apart and checked the battery and thought "maybe it just got bumped around or something?" Took it out, put it back in, and its the same issue i'm having now. Gonna go try a new battery now :(

    Can confirm fw and kernel 4 didnt change anything, so I guess I'm taking a trip to find a battery. I dont understand how the battery could already be dead -- this thing hasnt even been out for more than a year, right?

    Did you pop in a new battery? Did that fix it? I dont want to have to return it and wait another week to get a second one, so if it is just the battery I'd spend the $5 and save myself the trouble

    Just adding my $0.02. Just got my Junior 2 days ago, and the clock always resets to 2000/01/01. I updated to firmware 1.05, gonna see if 1.04 has the same issue. Hope its not a bad card :/
