Hey! I had the same exact problem! I fixed it importing the Sept folder from atmosphere before extracting the keys with lockpick! Then the guide works just fine. Just put the Sept folder in the root of your SD card!
Hey! I actually found a guide here that helped me solving the problem without having to fix anything! Ty for the help anyway!

The guide is called "How to skip the "Connect Joycons" system init screen" by Shchmue!
That's the guide in case someone needs it in the future!
I just got a hackable switch and I wanted to run CFW on it. But surprise surprise! The left joycon rail doesn't work so I can't get through the first boot screen. Is there any way to skip that screen without changing the rail? Because I don't want to wait one month before using it.
Hi there! I'm considering to buy a Nintendo Switch for modding but the one I found at a decent price has the touch screen non-working. Reading some guides I discovered that touch screen is pretty important during setup. Is there a way to bypass this problem or should I wait for a touch working...
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
