    Ah, interesting. I have a couple of other HDD > USB adapters I can try, is there a likeliness that it's the physical drives behind the adapters? Most of the ones I have tried were Seagates but I do have some WD and SSDs I could try too. May give those a go anyway if it's pointing to the drives...
