    Just because the box might be unofficial doesn't mean the controller is. The build quality looks and feels identical to the Mario remote as well as the response on my Wii.

    Im playing on a monitor so I don't think that would be a problem. The lag is the same on the black RVL-036 as well so even if my Mario remote was PAL I don't think it makes any difference. On a side note should I set my monitor to display Full RGB (0-255) or Limited RGB (16-235)? My Wii is on 480p

    Wii Remotes are not region locked so it wouldn't matter + it says USZ on the package box.

    Yes I have a nunchuk usually attached but the lag is still there without it.

    I got 2 off Amazon for $80 and checked the seller who seemed reputable (thousands of positive reviews). I highly doubt they are fake. EDIT: Both of them also have RVL-036 beneath the nunchuk connector.

    It is enabled my problem is that my original wiimote (RVL-003) has no input lag and my wiimote+ (RVL-036) does.

    I've tried all of this but still no results...:wacko: At this point I'm starting to think that the plus remotes just have an inherent lag in them for some reason.

    I've tried unsyncing all remotes and using my WiiU sensor bar instead of my original Wii sensor bar but still nothing works :(. The only other thing I can think of is that there is too much 2.4GHz WiFi interference in my area.:unsure:
