Does the usb loader setup still work with the nintendo servers being down? On the NUS auto downloader I mean.
And also, can I still use modmii even though I did everything through letterbomb and cios installer? I'm just having trouble with my drive and I wonder if it could help me.
When I install with USBloaderGX the install bar just stops halfway through, this is evidence of an incompatible drive but I have looked online and others have been able to use it.
I will check if its up to date, I installed it 2 days ago so it most likely is.

I formatted my drive using that and I used wii backup manager to put wii games from my PC onto the HDD which worked fine, the issue is that I can’t install the games from the Wii using USBloaderGX.
When installing the cios, Can I just use the cios installer and change the rev to 21010?
Was the only change you made the loader IOS to 249? I have everything the same as you with the same issue, and its not working for me.
