this is very dependant on what you have done with your save.. if the save you are transferring to the OFW switch is fully legal then you will most likely be fine. do be aware that to use the switch data transfer tool, both switches must be on the latest firmware version and connected to the internet
No, assuming all is set correctly and you are indeed booting EmuNand then all you have done is installed an nsp to the EmuNamd which is fine and will not touch your sysnand at all
The sigpatches are here - https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-heard-that-you-guys-need-some-sweet-patches-for-atmosphere.521164/ its what allows unsigned games to launch on atmosphere.
You should just be able to download the file, un zip it and put the contents on the root of your sd card.
Have you installed the sigpatches for 9.1? I would assume that would fix the game launch thing.
as for home-brew having no controls make sure you have the latest version of the home-brew app as the latest version of atmosphere changed the way this is handled
isn't that an online only game? so I'm gonna say no that's not going to be possible since all switch online games utilise Nintendo servers?!?, so your options would be buy another switch or play it on another platform such as pc :)
Best guess would be that its not hackable (i.e. patched) since its so new but when you are able, either check the serial or try to inject a payload and you will know for sure
what's bad about incognito? I haven't seen that.. I'm currently using Incognito_RCM and I haven't noticed any adverse effects
I'm pretty sure you can trade Pokemon's from your cfw locally as long as they are legal Pokemon
that is a possibility so you should not inject payloads from just anywhere on the internet but the payloads found on this site should be safe just make sure to read up on everything before trying anything
For finding out if your switch will accept any payload the sd card size is irrelevant since all you want to do is put the switch into rcm mode and send a payload to it. if the payload shows on your switch then its hackable I believe, then you can move on to installing cfw etc
