    So if I have a hacked switch, I can PKHex on it's pirated version of sword, and trade the pokemon over to my switch lite running a legit copy of shield? Can I trade pokemon to my switch lite with airplane mode on my hacked switch if I turn bluetooth on manually?

    ROM Hack Discussion Figuring out how to edit the Encounter Tables in SwSh

    @Kaphotics on Twitter stated that the encounter tables are located in the data_tables.gfpak file in the romfs > bin > archive > field > resident folder. I've extracted the data_tables.gfpak file, but have no clue how to edit the files that it contains. Anyone wanna help me figure this out?

    I got it down to one candidate. Edited from 27 to 28. The wild encounter should have been whatever has the dex No.40 Didn't work. It spawned a Blipbug which is a normal pokemon for where I'm doing this at. Any suggestions? Does anyone wanna talk on Discord to help me with this? Breezy#0999

    I encountered a Blipbug, I'm gonna do a memory search with 000A which is his dex value in hex... but given that there's apparently 193 pokemon not in the dex but in the files, I have no clue if that's his ID. Edit: Now I'm doing a memory search with 0027 (Seedot).

    Well there's 593 files in the game for pokemon that I can see, do you think it's done by national dex ID? Yamper's ID in the files is 907, but his galar dex No. is 046. 46 in hex is 2E, 907 in hex is 38B Here's his file in bin > archive > pokemon:

    Is there a list of pokemon IDs for the game or a file I can look at to find them? I've gone through the extracted gamefiles and bin > archive > pokemon has all 900 somethin pokemon files, but the IDs are in a terrible order and are hard to go through.

    You gotta use sx os's cheat searcher. A memory heap is what the game accesses to read what happens in the game. Like the RAM of your system. I have no idea how to do this, I'm just going off what OP said.
