    It shows up fine but it does not work it’s in the contents folder like it should and it’s the latest version with the dlc installed v12.0 or something like that

    Well on the latest firmware and atmosphere they do not work at all I tried to downgrade to your mentioned settings and nothing not a change so I guess I’m bum out of luck
