    Nintendo Charger is 0 Volt (but the original Charger does not turn on my volt meter for example so that thing seems strange). Pin 28 I gotta look up.

    Nope. With a normal usb charger I get about half a volt.

    I get 0 on most pins and 3.5v on some others. so nothing you are telling me fits. but I changed the bq before and I think the fault is somewhere else

    Well I got around to messurea bit today and I have 5.2 V on the fuse and on pin 5 but 0 on pin 6. I also have some shorts on the caps under the cpu. Id say thats that and move on but then the thing still boots and works. It just wont charge... so it cant be a total failure. Checked the lines...

    The coil only carries the battery voltage and the switch does not recognise the charger at all. I'd think it has to do with the port but I can connect the switch to the pc and push payloads and such. As I have never heard of the coil going bad ('' it's never the coil") does that happen a lot...

    With a plugged in battery iam getting battery voltage on them I think (have not checked lately.) I also changed bq already.

    I changed the M92T36 already. The Switch used to not even boot. Then I changed it and now it boots. Changed the bq aswell.

    Thank you for this. My values look a lot different for some of them. The big grey ones all show 0.0 and 3 show OL. So I need to find the cause for this. I think it might be p13usb. will try to source a good one. Last one I bought was just pulled off and had no pads left on him...

    Hi, I bought 2 non working switch docks and apon closer inspection they differ a lot. One is missing a lot of components the other one has and has components in places the other doesnt. Are there different versions of the dock?

    Well you prly have a short somewhere else on the line. As I do not know what cap you are talking about and as we do not have schematics iam sorry but I can't help you. Maybe tell us which caps are shorted?
