Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

Okay. Phew. Well, first off, the banner placement is WTF. It seems it's anchored to the right of the screen, so if I get this looking right then change the screen width, it's off again. Even to the extent that it's "off screen" as far as wiiflow is concerned (I can set the screen width to...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

@Tetsuo Shima that's brill, seems I have a handle on this, and maybe the CRT setup needs tweaking so that it doesn't move down quite so much then (less pixel estate than your average 4k; your "small amount" is like, an inch on my screen!) I'll give stuff a go and report back. I have to say...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

@Tetsuo Shima hey there. thanks for the detail. I had found that TV graphic just looking through the rhapsodii dir, and renaming it did indeed solve the problem. I would do as you say and try to get the border set onscreen correctly, but the issue isn't just that: for some reason the border...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

Any chance I can just make the frame go away altogether? Failing that, how do I move it? Is this in the coverflow options that are more hidden away (iirc page 12 of settings). Thanks for trying guys, appreciate your responses. It's still fucking awesome work, and I'm having a blast getting the...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

It's on a 4:3 CRT, so no wide-screen settings going on. And it's shima (apologies, didn't realise there's another rhapsodii one!) Got from the official gbatemp release (same release version as wiiflow itself). I will see about screenshots, yeah. Basically, the banner is flush against right of...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

Hey @fledge68, I reinstalled both, and it's the theme. How rhapsodii handles displaying the banners is broken. The banner doesn't move, but it looks like the border is expecting it to.

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

Tbh, I've spent all day messing. Is there something specific on that page I shouldn't have? I went through all 14 pages and nothing jumped out at me to do with this issue. I may just start again... Oh, I am trying to get the equivalent rhapsodii theme working also. Maybe it's that that's the...

Tutorial WiiFlow Lite Setup Full Tutorial

Ah! Many thanks. Was it working before tho? That is, did it fit the border and move down screen with it?

As it happens, vita handles it fine (if you... Erm... Hadn't somehow disabled the dynamic recompile option... Um.)

Go on then, I'll ask here (as it's more recently active), how do I adjust the position/size of banners? Actually, just realised what's wrong here, the border is clearly being slowly moved down the screen a touch and the banner isn't following it, I've clearly got some setting switched somewhere...

Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader

Bit of a long shot here, but does anyone know which page/options in the adjust WIIFLOW allows me to change the position of the banners? They aren't aligned with the border for them and it's driving me up the wall. I just updated from 5.4.1 to 5.4.9 and it didn't have this issue before (clean new...

Well... Shit? There's actually an lcd3x shader in here? Which is fucking spot on? And looks pretty damn close out the box to me? Only trouble is, stock vita is right on the edge using it, so I need to get a tiny bit more oomph to run it using that (trying disabling vsync for now).

Yeah, the majority are for scaled. But as you say, there are grids and scanlines out there which work, and I tend to use these (full screen ones). I was just curious as to what the new shiny was! It is SuperFX, but I'm sure I had this running great out the box in previous retroarchs? Are these...

Hmm. This piglet version seems to have completely killed pcengine stuff for me; it's suddenly atrociously slow on both cores. If I could switch the video driver away from gl for that core, I'd maybe stick with it, but for now I'm rolling back to the normal retroarch. I'm also not sure I'm...

There is no other option. I can only use GL (which, of course, retroarch piglet defaults to). As you instructed to change to this - and you still seem to think I need to - I assume you had other video drivers available? Yeah, I'm not sure what the point of setting the vita to a higher res is...

Well. This is something. Couple of questions tho: Change to gl? I only have gl? Should there be more video driver options then? Have you tried forcing a different vita resolution yet? (I used PIB installer, btw). Have you tried with a GBA overlay? In combo with this... It's very close (to these...

Hey, thanks for the tut, great stuff. Is this pigs in a blanket thing likely to screw with anything else? And is this gonna be the only way to do this (i.e. it isn't going to eventually make it into the usual stable as it will only ever work under gl)? Edit: huh, I had no clue about this GL...
