    I want to help you out with that, but (as I don't really have the software/expertise to go file spelunking myself) the only thing I can help with is theories, and the only one I got is that the daily quests function similar to the daily questions (as they both reset at the same time each day)...

    I see there's a part about resetting daily quests in the "upcoming features" section. That wouldn't happen to be close to completion, would it? Having to wait a day to make progress towards 100% is driving me mad.
