Hacking DLC problems.
I have the same problem :( I even went and finished the EX missions for those characters in story mode thinking it would unlock them,and even tho it gave me a screen saying said characters have been unlocked (vanilla ice in this case) they are nowhere to be found, just empty character slots :(- ahmadoni
