Help with hex editor text
I'm currently playing SRW alpha DC and while looking at the file in a hex editor the text are unreadable can anyone help me how to make readable and also does anyone know if they can find Mech modifier cheat for SRW alpha DC to change your unit and pilots- matt2chu

Gaming Masou Kishin 2 Animation Skipping
when i use Valsione R Engetsu Sappo Attack the 1st half is skip only showing the 2nd half i have tried it on PSP CFW 6.61 and PPSSPP 1.7.4 video:

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
