    Usually you can't connect drive directly as it must be detected as OTG device and with usb-c on both sides that's a lottery. You can do that by connecting to Switch compatible hub or OTG adapter like this And you connect drive through it.

    Every single FTP and MTP client today, even the one included with Atmosphere, utilizes HOS feature allowing storing over 4GB file on FAT32. Why after so many years people still think it's impossible to do that? Like Nintendo uses it for all big games stored on sdcard since 2017. It's 2026. :unsure:

    There are mods for Borderlands 3 Switch version, so someone definitely did, but i can't say who or where are those files.

    I remember this being unique to Borderlands 3. Dragon Quest 11 was a special case because it was using Oodle when Unreal Engine version they used didn't support it yet, which means it was a custom implementation.
