And that's if an exploit was found in a FW higher than yours. e.g. My original 3DS was on FW 2 and exploit was in FW 4.1 I bought the game with 4.1 firmware update on it.     Change the language, that's a good idea since 4.5 has no theme support. Not a real issue after emunand is updated... but oh that first update after format emunand. it's exactly the same as your sysnand.

    And after your emunand is up to 9.5, you dont have to guess anymore as your sysnand will never be higher than 9.2 for a while.

    Well, Dang. I don't have OOT, such is the price for being a software pirate. I'm glad to see another great GW release and that they're still working on it. I have an Original and XL 3DS to keep me going till the next update. Though I might borrow the game for a NAND Dump. Just in Case. Peace.

    Hardware N3DS NAND backup possible, I hope.

    From what I've seen, the cutting mods can be done to the unit and then the cover plate goes on to hide the sin. Outwardly, there are no mods or cuts. Your MM plates will be unblemished. :) This is how my O3DS is anyway.

    Phew, that's ok. My unit is a black US New3DS XL 9.0 I'll assume due to encryption, you cant transfer NAND dumps between units.
