Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

I guess at this point I'm wondering if I should just give the config a refresh? I used VitaDB recently to download and update a lot of programs and wonder if that complicated anything based on what I have shared? It seemed to indicate that it was downloading/updating necessary...

OK, did that and it isn't doing that any longer so thanks, one minor issue cleaned up. 1669251626 Not even sure where to find it. Hadn't even been conscious of the program itself.

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Should be perfectly legible as long as you click on it and not try to read it without opening it. I think it was just something I gave a try. In any case, the last time I remember looking at my config, it looked nothing like that. Feel like there is a lot missing. Wondering if I need a fresh...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

OK, it's in ur0. Pretty sure the Vita I have is a fat, if that is still relevant. Went to look at the confix.txt and it definitely looks funky to me so I am gonna post a couple screenshots of what it looks like and hopefully that will reveal more what the problem is and what the solution...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Now that I have access to a memory card again, what would you suggest? An issue with the configuration has been my biggest suspicion. Sadly, last night I realized it has been so long since I've had to do anything extensive with my Vita that I honestly can't even remember where the config.txt...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Sorry and I apologize if I was hasty or rude, had stuff going on last night and shouldn't have been multitasking, lol. I believe it is a fat model. But here is an update: Before I went to sleep I found my old Sony memory card and put it in. Boom, some of the hacks, including vita shell, came...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

This is frustrating. Have had this issue multiple times and never had to go through any of these hoops. Kinda confused by this response; are you saying I need to reconfigure something with the original memory card to get it to recognize SD2Vita? How can I check or figure out if any of this is...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

No, that's the issue. As I said, my SD2VITA is inaccessible. The Vita basically doesn't detect a memory card so I have no access to any of the hack programs, just the default Vita apps. Perhaps some sort of edit of the config.txt through windows may be in order? Pretty sure I have an SD card...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Yes, I posted an update saying Henkaku was working again, just that my SD2VITA was not recognized by the Vita now (which was always the issue I had had previously, I just don't remember how I used to resolve it anymore). When this is over I need to understand what I did (I believe it was...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

None of this apparently matters because at the point where I am supposed to connect the Vita and use CMA, the Vita does not recognize my memory card (SD2VITA), which is my entire problem here as I stated (which is why I can't access my hacks, Henkaku is working fine otherwise); so the process...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

One of the previous posters linked me to something in which the easiest method was to use CMA but yes, CMA was telling me I had to update to a firmware higher than what it said was compatible to use the application.

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

This isn't really an answer. Use it to do what? I've gotten numerous responses lacking some detail suggesting numerous methods to fix this issue. I need to get the full details/questions answered on at least one of them, lol. I know this can't be that complex an issue if I know I have fixed...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Still hoping for an answer to this. Definitely can't go thorough with the process if I don't know if the firmware is compatible.

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Yeah, and like I said most of what I see there is gibberish to me, lol. If it's as simple as running the exe file while the Vita is connected to Content Manager that is fine but the Vita prompts me to update to 3.74 and the guide suggests compatibility up to 3.72 so I am hesitant ATM; I have to...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Since I can't access my hacked files (vpk files included), how do I install it and what app are you referring to?

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Initially someone did it for me but something got screwed up and I had to redo it all myself and managed to follow a guide and accomplish it. There were a few issues, but trial-and-error managed to overcome which tends to be the case with most of the issues I've managed to resolve. What few...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Thanks, but while I have experience with homebrew and whatnot, most of my technical prowess is simply transferring stuff, lol. Based on all that overwhelming information I'm not sure I follow with what exactly I am supposed to do. Would seem I need Content Manager to run this but Vita wants to...

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Help, guys! Occasionally I have a hiccup with enso where the vita loops on startup and won't boot, just getting a blank screen, then it eventually shuts down. It's been so long since it happened that I forgot what to do and figured recovery mode was the way to go. Not sure I did it right...

No. As I indicated, I'm not sure where to even find them, let alone how to install them.
