    just watch youtube for joycon + tinfoil technique. it always works and is super simple. you can glue some tinfoil to a piece of thin plastic and insert with joycon, then install auto rcm and you won't need to short / jig anymore at all.

    Checked like 50 switches in german stores today (saturn / mediamarkt). All black joycon switches were XAJ70016+ and all red/blue ones XAJ400x without a single exception. Guess it's mostly the black ones which are updated first or sold more frequently and restocked.
