    I finally got some time to do this. I can contact the seller and ask if it was hacked beforehand too just to make sure. I removed the microSD and it did in fact boot Luma 7.1. So the next step would be to update B9S?

    I just bought a black n3DS and it's on 11.9 I already have an white n3DS on 11.8 with CFW. Can I update the white one and transfer over the contents to the black one without hassle? Or do I need to start from scratch by reinstalling CFW and then transfer over files from the white one?

    I imagine it would be a stealth release because that's how the fan translation of DQ7 on the 3DS ended; SE sent a C&D to the translator because they injected the PS1 script into the 3DS game, which is copyrighted.
