    Nope, you can't do that..to avoid getting banned you need to keep your sysNAND clean and use it for online and legal stuff. For other cfw related things you either gotta use emuNAND (a clone of your sysNAND that runs from sd card) and keep it away from N's servers (which means no online gaming)...
