CSV Files are a good fast fit because the special characters I stripped out are essentially linebreak symbols - to insert them back into the bins you can just do a find-replace for double linebreaks with $p and single ones with $n. Well, not really a true CSV, more of a CSV without any delimiter...- nevuki

I thought about contributing some but I'm both very busy with a full time job and not quite good enough at Japanese - somewhere in the N3 range. I can understand most lines but I'd be a pretty slow translator. I rather liked Stella Glow and with the collapse of the studio it's super unlikely...- nevuki

Currently I've just been trying the batch files, which have that included. I suspected the issue might have been that it explicity states "SetCodePage("gbk")" in 00sys.bin.py for this, but changing that to ms932 didn't make a difference (for reference, the normal ao script does compile for me... -

Oh, I've done this step. It's the next step that I have no idea where to start with - compiling a voice script from the files. No matter whether I try jp.ao or cn.ao, it fails and generates an error message telling me there's no text in any file like : c0000, 3472,168,00006: No text in this... -

So I managed to alter the Zero no Kiseki texthooker (just google it and look at the git) to the point where it is able to texthook off the version of Ao no Kiseki for PC with the japanese PSP script inserted. I'll share it if there's any interest. Unfortunately, the evo voice mod won't work... -

Thanks. I finally got it working after a week or two. In the meantime I got a vita to play Evo, but I think I'll stick to PC for my first play through. Instructions for anyone curious (in english). You need The PC version of Ao installed, and locale emulator. Download edao_jpn_data-140915 part... -

I'm a bit confused? The zero one has the exact same name as the original ED_ZERO.exe. I've tried turning off all the anti-virus things windows defender has that could mess with it and renaming files or just totally overwriting the file. (This isn't really a high priority for me, the blur... -

Am I doing something wrong? The hooker exe version doesn't do anything for me. (Process starts then stops in task manager without giving any errors). I've tried removing the voice patch .dll, and I followed the instructions to straight up extract the contents of the .zip into the ed_zero folder... -

I'm curious, is the hook referenced at the bottom of the OP for Zero no Kiseki PC version (adds turbo I think?) only for the Chinese PC version or would it work for the japanese version?
