    usb slots are fine i can recharge my controller easily whenever i try usb it gives error get usb more then 250gb i used hard drive then same error

    Okay one more question i tried to update from 4.55 to 5.05 but when its all downloaded then it restarts and start giving error so now im in ps4 rebuild zone what if i restore it to default will it go back to 4.55 or another version ?

    yes auto what im doing i go to user guide then 4.55 then on ftp it shows me my ip address and port code then i write same thing on filezilla but its just keep connecting loading loading auto waiting for authentication it stucks here help me pls
