    Hi, I want to update the streetpass mii plaza on my JP new 3DS. I am on sys 11.6 with luma 9.1 and i don't want to update to 11.8 just for streetpass. So can i downgrade my 3DS to 11.6 after updating streetpass on 11.8 ? How can i do it ?

    I have the same problem as you. You need a raspberry pi because the nand partition is locked ( not your sd adapter ) and the raspberry can unlock this. The big problem is you need a OLD model of this thing and it is complicate to find a cheap raspi.
