ROM Hack RELEASE Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate 60 FPS Hack

Weird question. But is there any chance this cheat can be made into an exeFS patch of some sort? Currently I'm trying to move to Ryujin emulator (because the Yuzu branch has graphical issues) but they don't support formal cheats, atmosphere style, yet. They do support rom patches, though...

ROM Hack Question MHGU Switch: Is There a mod/cheat file hack to show bloat raw values

As the title asks, Does anyone know of or have a cheat file that changes the true raw values back to their bloat values? I like playing MHGU casually the way I did with MH4U. I prefer the bloated values because it feels nicer having the larger numbers for slower weapons, etc.

ROM Hack RELEASE Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate 60 FPS Hack

Okay, so I've been playing with this for a few hours now and I just wanted to say, thanks so much for this hack/ips patching solution, Masagrator. Game runs like a dream. Very nice since I'm coming back to this from World.

ROM Hack RELEASE Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate 60 FPS Hack

Alrighty. So I did finally get it working, but I had to go back and use Edizon (3.1.0 nightly). I had to load up the game first, run Edizon in Applet Mode (via the album app). Then run 60fps mod and it finally worked. Still not sure how to use Checkpoint (my preferred one) but at least this...

ROM Hack RELEASE Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate 60 FPS Hack

I really want to use this mod, but Edizon doesn't work for me. Therefore I use checkpoint. But in checkpoint 3.7.4 I was told to put cheats in the /atmosphere/contents/ folder. I did so, but Checkpoints says there are no cheats available for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (US). Does...

I'm actually curious why the screens are not completely adjustable. Especially since other emulators have this option. I have dual screens and would love to be able to properly fit both screens on each monitor.

Oh also since I haven't been able to find this around on the internet, for people who are like me and lost or have a broken 3DS, here is a decrypted EXTDATA folder for all of the DLC for MH4U. One day the servers will be down, and I think it should exist somewhere for future generations who...

Yeah. I don't have the random slowdowns on MH4U, but I do have the infamous "frameskip when a monster spawns" thing happen. But that happened on my OG 3DS when I used to play it there, so that's just a game thing. I'll keep playing and see if I encounter that issue for myself.

Okay, so actually I have uploaded all of them. Everything you need is here. Pick one of the links based on which CPU microarchitecture your CPU has. You can Google your CPU's microarchitecture or look at the Wikipedia pages for the following architectures. They list all CPUs under that...

What CPU do you have and I can just make a MediaFire upload for you. Because there are multiple types and you need the right one.

So, I've been playing with that new Chinese updated build (thanks for the link again, Raiderzzz). Got to say, that's easily the best experience I've had on MH4U yet. Absolutely no slowdowns on roars of any kind and I can keep the resolution up to 6x native. I'm so happy someone kept that...

I would also like to know this, especially if it's a much more modern build. The last known "regular" Citra Canary Build that had this reinterpretation hack was Canary 1401. But it didn't let you disable it for games that need it disabled. So a newer build with it integrated as an option and...

I second this. It would be nice to have a place to find people to play with, but also to find out what the latest and greatest builds for MH are, especially since MH4U is such a "monster" to run on citra.

You can fix this by going into your qtconfig.ini and changing the option under [RENDERER] and option hw_shaders = 2 (instead of 1). Also, make sure that inside of qtconfig.ini, the option "is_new_3ds" or "new_3ds" is turned to 0. Citra cannot run new 3ds mode currently and Monster Hunter 4...

I fully agree. You can be the best coder in the world, but if your attitude reeks of shit then stay out of the forums. In real world public spaces the other way to say it is "Leave your attitude and arrogance at home." You have to show respect first if you want it in return.

I'm curious if they can find a solution to making the GPU handle the geometry shaders better. I'm sure there is a way. auto I'm a relatively new programmer. I've been in school for it for about 3 years now. If I wanted to attempt to do work on Citra, how would I use my 3DS in order to test...

Homebrew Official Citra - New 3DS Emulator

That lack of support for Vulkan comes primarily because DirectX still has such a big market share. People in tech are notorious for claiming they want something big and new, only to quit it and go back to what they're familiar with not too long after. That is, unless you force their hand like...

I agree. Currently playing this myself. I had to use a combo of Xpadder and AutoHotkey though so I could actually switch Missile and Super Missile, because I don't have any fast way to swap in battles by using the mouse.
