    Okay I'll give it try auto So I placed the GodMode.3dsx into my 3ds folder and launched GodMode9 via homebrew. The only thing what happens is that I got a red screen and send to homebrew again. So I think that didnt worked either

    Hmm thats strange. The SD should be alright because I can launch games from it and the homebrew always update the new applications when I put something new in the 3ds folder.

    Yes I replaced them all. I also tried once to delete everything from my SD card (except Nintendo 3DS, DCIM) and following the guide.

    I finished now with section 1 but I'm still on Luma 6.6 . There's nothing much to do wrong while following the instructions but for some reason it won't work..

    So I tried what you said @Quantumcat but it didn't worked. I placed the Decrypt9.bin in payloads folder an renamed it to start_Decrypt9.bin and booted the system while holding start but it booted just normal as always. I'm outta ideas atm. Should I try to start from the bottom like I mean to...

    Yes i read it. I've tried it bit it didn't worked for me. I've replaced the arm9loader.hax with the old one but nothing happend. I couldn't open homebrew or something else happened. I cannot enter decrypt9, menuhax or something else I just can enter Luma by holding select while booting...
