    Gaming "Unable to Receive Content" From Miitopia

    My 3DS is a New XL on version 11.6, Luma and B9S too. Stable internet connection, Spotpass is TURNED ON. What's going on here? The game isn't able to receive data when trying to set the citizens of the initial town as mii's from online.
