Back in the day (at least), Nintendo allowed one digital back up of a game that you owned. So other than the game cartridge, Legally, you can have a digital back up.- ConfusedNoob

Ah darn, that sucks. Isn't RFID capable of NFC? I totally thought it was. I guess I have to buy something then. Any recommendations for a computer program that could use .bin files for amiibos?- ConfusedNoob

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
