I can't seem to get 6x31 IV and Shiny encounter codes working together, when encountered it either comes out shiny or not and IVs are either perfect or not both depending on which code i select last Edit: I've used both Hold L and Shiny On codes, even changed the button held hex- LordDeityLink

I would recommend saving without cheat codes on before you do, the author in the Switch Cheat Codes thread had a corrupted save once they updated. Either way, make sure you have a backup, if you haven't read the thread use JKSV or Tinfoil for Backing up for now- LordDeityLink

Typically I just restart ACNH and don't turn on cheats at all and connection is fine I might just be speaking out of my ass, but I would think activating cheats during the play session sets off an integrity flag and prevents you from going online in any form because of desync/data mismatch...- LordDeityLink

Not completely unrelated, but do we know what the most expensive item is in the game? If we do, I'd much rather clone those and sell if the bell ratio is higher than the cloning max amount of 99k bell bags with an upgraded inventory.- LordDeityLink

Checkpoint currently does not work with System Saves (aka what Animal Crossing uses), if you want to back up your save data I'd suggest JKSV or Tinfoil- LordDeityLink
