    Again... maybe Echoes ringed their bell and all of this was for precaution. The DLC is expensive as hell and you have to be online in order to play it. Maybe Nintendo got into something related with CFWs and got a list of devices out of there... something like google and facebook. You search...

    Another guess... Nintendo banned as a precaution because of FE Echoes' release and the switch online paying thing that's coming soon... systematic ban, nothing to do with streetpass or freeshop...

    I actually hacked my ds because I wanted revenge! I had smash 4 dlc's and my Omega Ruby, and the OR suddenly corrupted, I didn't do anything! So I swapped my SD card for a 16GB and lost my DLC's and couldn't re-download them... so a friend hacked it for me :p
